03 How a job runs

Six stages, and you know the cost before stage five.

Planning & estimates

    Site visit

    Free within Lalitpur. We measure the plot, check access and note the setback.

  2. 02

    Drawings

    Architectural and structural sets, prepared in-house or with your designer.

  3. 03

    Estimate

    Item-wise BOQ on Lalitpur district rates. Valid 45 days.

  4. 04

    Permit

    We file and follow up the naksa pass at your ward and the metropolitan office.

  5. 05

    Construction

    Weekly note, monthly measured bill, photographs before anything is covered.

  6. 06

    Handover

    Completion certificate, as-built set, and 12 months of defect liability.

04 The way we work

Nothing gets covered up before it is photographed.

Reinforcement is checked against the bar bending schedule and signed off before every pour. Cubes go to an approved laboratory at 7 and 28 days. You get the results whether or not you ask for them — and a copy of the same job file we keep.

  • Monthly measured bill with abstract and measurement sheet
  • Cube test results at 7 and 28 days, filed against the job number
  • Written confirmation before any variation is built
  • 12 months of defect liability, 5 years on waterproofing
