Site Engineer
Run a single job from setting out to handover. You will be the person the client calls, the person who checks reinforcement before a pour, and the person who writes the Friday progress note.
Quantity Surveyor
Own the numbers on four to six concurrent jobs — the BOQ that goes out, the rate analysis behind it, and the measured bill that comes back every month.
Site Supervisor
Run the crews day to day. Formwork, steel, masonry and the sequence between them — plus the safety rules, which are not negotiable on our sites.
Safety Officer
Second safety officer, joining Maiya Shakya. You will run induction and toolbox talks, inspect scaffolding, and keep the near-miss log honest — reporting one is never held against anyone here.
Civil Engineering Apprentice
An eighteen-month structured apprenticeship for fresh BE Civil graduates. You rotate through survey, formwork, reinforcement, QS and site supervision, with a named mentor at each stage.
Accounts Officer
Keep the ledger, the VAT filing and the subcontractor payment run. We pay trades within thirty days of certification whether or not the client's bill has cleared, so the run has to be right.
Accident insurance for everyone
Every worker on the muster is covered, not just permanent staff. NPR 700,000 per person.
Paid festival leave
Dashain and Tihar are paid, and the site genuinely shuts — we programme around it rather than pretending otherwise.
Provident fund and gratuity
Statutory contributions from the day you are confirmed, filed at the Lalitpur labour office.
NEC registration paid
We cover registration and renewal for engineers, plus one professional course a year.
Fuel and site allowance
Paid for anyone posted away from the office, plus a two-wheeler allowance for engineers.
Tools and PPE provided
Helmet, boots, vest and harness issued and replaced by us. Nobody buys their own safety gear.
