Accounts Officer — Full time — Malikarjun Construction Company, Lalitpur

Keep the ledger, the VAT filing and the subcontractor payment run. We pay trades within thirty days of certification whether or not the client's bill has cleared, so the run has to be right.

You will run one full monthly cycle alongside our finance director before taking it on.

What you will do

Maintain the purchase and sales ledger and reconcile monthly
Prepare monthly VAT and TDS filings
Run the subcontractor payment cycle and track retention releases
Support the annual audit and the directors' cash-flow review

Essential

BBS/BBA or equivalent, with two years in accounts
Hands-on with Nepali VAT and TDS filing
Accurate with numbers under a deadline

Desirable

Experience in a construction or contracting firm
Tally or similar package
