An eighteen-month structured apprenticeship for fresh BE Civil graduates. You rotate through survey, formwork, reinforcement, QS and site supervision, with a named mentor at each stage.

Survey and setting out first, because everything downstream depends on it being right.

What you will do

  • Rotate through five disciplines on a set schedule, three to four months each
  • Keep a logbook signed off by your mentor at every rotation
  • Assist with setting out, measurement and material testing
  • Complete the internal safety and quality modules

Essential

  • BE Civil Engineering completed within the last two years
  • Willing to be on site in the rain, in Asar, in the mud
  • Curious about how things are actually built rather than only how they are drawn

Desirable

  • Final-year project related to structures or construction management
