Own the numbers on four to six concurrent jobs — the BOQ that goes out, the rate analysis behind it, and the measured bill that comes back every month.
You will start on two running jobs with our current QS, then take the commercial portfolio while she moves to pre-contract work.

What you will do
- Prepare item-wise BOQs against the current Lalitpur district rate
- Write rate analysis for non-standard items, showing the labour and material split
- Verify subcontractor measurements and certify bills within seven days
- Price variations from the agreed rate schedule and keep the variation register
- Track committed versus actual cost per job and report monthly to the directors
Essential
- BE Civil or a diploma with three years of quantity surveying
- Fluent with measurement books, abstracts and rate analysis
- Strong spreadsheet skills — our cost tracking lives there
- Willing to go to site and measure, not just work from drawings
Desirable
- Experience on public tenders and treasury-cycle billing
- MSc in Construction Management
