Site Supervisor — Full time — Malikarjun Construction Company, Lalitpur

Run the crews day to day. Formwork, steel, masonry and the sequence between them — plus the safety rules, which are not negotiable on our sites.

You will pair with our general foreman for a month across two sites before taking your own.

What you will do

Allocate crews daily and keep the work sequence moving
Check formwork, propping and shuttering before the engineer's sign-off
Enforce helmet, harness and edge-protection rules for everyone including subcontractors
Record attendance, material consumption and any near miss
Keep the site clean, lit and secure before the crew leaves

Essential

Five years supervising RCC building work
Able to read a structural drawing and set out from it
Track record of running crews of fifteen or more
Willing to hold the safety line when a subcontractor pushes back

Desirable

Diploma in Civil Engineering
First-aid certification
