Emergency services
A crew, a props truck, and one number that is always answered.
After an earthquake, a wall collapse or a night of monsoon rain, the first job is to make the building safe to stand near. We keep a standby crew and a loaded truck for exactly that. You do not have to be an existing client.
What we do on a callout
- Rapid visual damage assessment by an engineer, with a written note the same day
- Propping and shoring of sagging slabs, beams and floors
- Taking down loose parapets, cornices and overhanging masonry
- Barricading and sheeting to keep the street and neighbours clear
- Emergency dewatering and temporary drainage
- Stabilising slipped retaining walls and slope faces
- Sealing water ingress well enough to last until proper repair
- Temporary access — stairs, ladders, walkways — where the original is unsafe

Before you call
Get everyone out and stay out. Turn off the electricity at the main switch if you can reach it safely. Do not move fallen material — it may be holding something up. Then call, and tell us the ward number and the nearest landmark.
For fire, gas or trapped persons, call 101 or 102 first. We work behind the emergency services, not in front of them.
