Houses that pass inspection and survive Asar.
Roughly seven of every ten jobs we run are private houses on plots between 2 and 8 aana. The work is standardised because it has to be: same mix design, same curing regime, same checklist before any slab is poured.
Individual houses
Two to four storeys, RCC framed with brick infill. Typical plot 3–6 aana, built-up 1,800–4,500 sq ft. Design to handover in 11–14 months.
Apartment blocks
Six to thirty units, up to eight storeys. Requires structural design by a licensed engineer and a separate fire and access review.
Additions & renovation
Extra floors on an existing frame — only after a column and footing check. Kitchen, bathroom and full interior rework on occupied houses.

Rates exclude VAT, boundary wall, site levelling, deep foundation and municipal fees. Sloping plots in Bhaisepati, Godawari and Thecho usually add 6–11% for retaining work. Quoted rates hold for 45 days from the estimate date.
Before any slab is poured
- Reinforcement checked against the bar bending schedule and signed by the site engineer
- Cover blocks placed — 25 mm slab, 40 mm column, 50 mm footing
- Formwork level and props checked, shuttering oiled
- Conduits and sleeves laid by the electrical and plumbing subcontractor
- Client or client's consultant informed at least 24 hours in advance
- Cube moulds, slump cone and curing tank ready on site
After the pour
- Ponding or wet hessian curing for 14 days minimum
- Cube tests at 7 and 28 days at an approved laboratory
- Props kept under slabs for 21 days, under beams for 28
- Photographs of every reinforcement layer filed against the job number
- Measurement sheet entered in the client's copy of the measurement book
