What we take on, and what we hand to someone else.
We are a general building contractor. We self-perform the structure — earthwork, foundation, RCC frame, masonry and plaster — and manage vetted trade subcontractors for everything above that line. We do not take road, bridge or hydropower work.

Contract types we work under
Item-rate (measured, most common for private houses) · Lump-sum with a frozen BOQ · Labour-only where the client supplies cement, rod and bricks · Cost-plus for restoration work where the scope cannot be fixed in advance.
