Specified by grade. Tested before it is buried.
We specify materials by standard and grade rather than by brand, so you can compare quotes honestly. Where you want a particular brand, we will price it and say plainly whether it is worth the difference.

How material reaches your site
- Call-off dates set six weeks ahead against the programme
- Every delivery weighed or counted at the gate and entered in the site register
- Cement stacked on a raised platform, maximum ten bags high, oldest used first
- Rod stored off the ground and clear of standing water
- Rejected material sent back the same day — it is never quietly used elsewhere
If you supply the material
Plenty of owners buy their own cement, rod and brick. That is fine, and we will run the job labour-only — with two conditions.
- Material must meet the written specification; we test it the same way regardless of who bought it
- Delivery must meet the call-off dates, or the programme moves and the extension is yours
