The owner is on site most Saturdays and has a copy of the measurement book. Anyone considering a private house contract with us is welcome to visit this site with the owner's permission.

What was difficult
The neighbour's boundary wall sits 300 mm inside the plot line on the north side. Rather than argue it on site we had both parties sign a written scaffolding and access agreement before we mobilised, which cost three weeks up front and has cost nothing since.
